Troubleshooting challenges in the methods
Syllabus/Agenda:
Guided by the training's stated learning objectives, the attendees will work with the facilitator in the morning to quickly establish the day's agenda based on the experience, desires, and questions of the people in attendance. This way, the facilitator can place greater focus where there is the greatest opportunity for learning.
The exercise of putting together the agenda in the morning as a group also serves as an introduction to several of the underlying themes explored in the training.

Attendees, of any expertise, will leave with an understanding of the terminology and tools involved in getting the right work done faster using a combination of agile and lean methodologies. Prerequisites for this Course:
Attendees should be prepared to participate with each other and write on provided sticky notes.
